Some guys pump their balls to softball size and bigger. Some do saline to huge basketball sizes. They also do saline to the dick. I've never done saline, but have pumped up my balls a couple of times. But I prefer to pull my balls down to hang lower. The sensation of them hanging low and swinging is very pleasant. There is no pain in doing if done correctly with moderation. Nothing is instant. It takes time to have low hangers and everyone is different.
