Spinach Salad with chicken, bacon, goat cheese, craisins, goat cheese, hard boiled egg and vinaigrette. At least the quarantine is making me eat better.

I grill a bunch of chicken breasts (heehee) precook the bacon and heat up in toaster oven. So good.

Maraff.....before I worked in Sports TV, I worked in a restaurant for 10 years in a variety of positions. Eventually I was head chef.

Mitch...I have a funny syrup story. My buddy who worked in the restaurant i mentioned above is the head chef at Four Seasons Whistler. He mentioned something to one of his GMs about Vermont syrup..
