Ok, took a break for awhile, to lose a few pounds...only lost about 5 of the 15 that I wanted to, but hey, im trying. Anyway, thought I would post requests I've had. If ya got any let me know.

OK...im gonna blog for once...but..haha..just to update ya...

Been thinkin im not to happy with the way i feel lately. Thinkin i need to start working out and get myself back in shape. It's funny how a few tears ago, I couldnt gain a pound to save my life...and now, I have to watch what I eat just to keep halfway in shape. I guess thats what happens after ya turn 30. So anyway, I'm gonna take one last pic, and post it...and that will be the last one until i feel like I'm where I should be. I just wanna get up in the morning and not feel like a crap anymore.
ANyone got any workout tips or good things to eat? I've never been much of a workout person, so I really don;t know where to start..so any help would be appreciated.
SO thats prety much it... I'll still be around in the chat rooms, just not posting any pics for awhile. So, see ya around
