Sorry to hear that EWS...glad its not serious and only controlled thru a diet change..Its when you get complacent and you end up needing injections or tablets and daily blood monitoring tests that it gets scary!!

at least you got checked out and found out you have it...I'd have been a lazy sod and not bothered with a doctor.

I also have type 2 diabetes EWS, but I am on oral meds and insulin. Start watching now...not only the sweets, but carbs. It is a strange disease, I try to take it one day at a time. Good luck :)

Thx Guys,, T4 yes have been doing a load of walking and on my bike i am not that much overweight i am a lot better after the visit to the docs today so all seems to be working..
