Can no longer upload videos

We've put up several videos over the years, some longer than 10 minutes. I've tried lately to upload a new and one continually get various errors all relating to something being out of memory, or internal error. And no it's not my computer, this is the same one we've always used. I've shrunk the video as small as possible, any smaller it will be unwatchable and it's certainly smaller than any others we've posted. Anyone have a clue?
