How to create a personal album?

I've been away for over a year, and one of the things I noticed since coming back is people are able to create a personal album. I did contact support about it, but they weren't exactly clear where it is. They said it was in the upload content page, but where? Went to click on the upload photo, but in the list I don't see an option to create a personal album. Also, do you have to be premium to create one, or is it for everybody?

They’re for everyone as I’m not premium and found mine. If you click ‘Your NN’ in the drop down menu and then ‘Photo Manager’ it open up all your photos and near the top there are options to choose which album to moderate, public or personal album. Just click on ‘Personal Album’ and you should be able to add whatever you like then. At least that’s how it worked for me.
