I would pass a law that requires everyone who wants to have children take IQ and apttitude testing and if they arent of at least average intelegence they have to be steralized because I am sick of stupid fucking people. They have five fucking kids they cant afford so I have to fucking pay for it. The parents are dumb as shit and every one of those five kids are gonna turn out even more dumb. SOoooooo the answer is if your too stupid to finish highschool, dont have a job, have never paid into taxes or social security or medicare, you use the words baby daddy on a daily basis, when you read outloud it sounds like my five year old, or you have ever past the age of 8 thought to yourself I wonder how the clouds stay up.......if any of these or similar apply to you.
