Paid my off a few years ago...then bought a second home. Now back to where I started, we’ll sort of. But I agree set aside money for those property taxes.

you were a lucky girl hornygirl.............I made a few financial errors and got hit by the crash in 80s but am happy its paid off now and I can start spending my kids inheritence
