What is the point of a party school that has a dry campus? All I want to do is slip some booze in my beverage during a night class and not suffer any consequences.

You can't legally by JD at the distillery...the work-around is you can buy the souvenir bottle...that happens to have whiskey in it...lol

Alcohol laws are really very varied, in Utah you can only 3.2% (by weight) beer at grocery stores, in Pennsylvania you are limited to 192 ounces at a grocery store

you cant even buy liquor in a grocery store in PA, and you cant get beer in most of them either. Very few have permits to sell beer

Well Ju, free doesn't mean unlimited freedom, alcohol restrictions go way back, before national prohibition there were a lot of states, cities and counties that had their own prohibition
