If a non premium member regrets a face pic, can it be removed?
i believe non prems can remove all or the most recent pic. I am not entirely sure tho

There's an option to alert moderator to remove at request of the owner, I assume only the account itself can do that?

I'm with Ju - I believe non prems can remove the most recent pic. Of course, when you remove that most recent pic, another pic becomes the most recent.

Yes. Only the account owner can request removal.
