New machine for me. I've tried it at 11. A bit intense for sure, depends where you place the electrodes. Not ready to place them on me privates.

I tried it for chronic neck pain years ago. If I turned it up too high, my head turned to the right and I had to turn it down to move it back.

My unit is both TENS and EMS. I wonder which type is used on pregnant women. Seems EMS could work at a low level...
