Believe it or not, plugging your nose helps with spicy foods. Because of the trauma that my face suffered, my sense of smell is messed up and I can tolerate spiciness much better than most people.

I can usually handle them but I think the process of being cold then heated up made them hotter.

I’ve had this issue too. Sometimes it won’t even let me make a first comment. Seems to be random. Annoying though
