Friday, September 28, 2012, 7:16:54 AM- How spectacular
To find someone who rocks your world with a smile. I know some of you have that. Cherish that. Embrace it. Never let that go. You are the lucky few.

Friday, September 28, 2012, 7:06:02 AM- It's all true
Drinking, which is always dangerous, listening to music, which is a double danger. Charlie is telling me to quit both and go to bed, but every song takes me back to another sweet love of my past with such warm memories. What do you think, will I have one more love that will last me the rest of my life? I have so much love to give if I can find some one to accept my love and return it.

Wednesday, August 29, 2012, 4:50:21 AM- Shallow
Shallow is easy. You can wade into shallow and not even be threatened. Shallow is really safe. The deep end is scary. You are over your head, it is sink or swim. But it seems that shallow suits most people just fine. Take no risk, feel no terror, but have no thrill of victory, take no risk, never get in over your head. I feel like I am drowning most of the time, but I never want to wade into the shallows.

Wednesday, August 29, 2012, 4:13:48 AM- Uncharted territory
I have owned my own company for 30 years. Tomorrow I have a job interview to work for someone else. The first time in 30 years I may not be in control of my own fate. I am not really sure what to think, how to react. If I ge the job I must sell or close my company. My life stands on the brink, and the leap may be wonderful, or terrifying, or both!

Monday, August 20, 2012, 4:22:47 AM- Fine
Fine is not good enough. Fine is, well, fine. It is OK. It is nothing special. We should all have WOW, awesome, OMG over-the-top, what was that! I want that, you want that, we all want that. Let's agree to not settle for fine, and keep looking for WOW.

Monday, August 13, 2012, 9:27:55 PM- Flirting
Last week a long time friend sends me a text, we have always flirted with each from the day we met over 10 years ago, but that is all it has ever been, flirting. So the texting last week starts really flying back and forth and is getting more "outrageous" in our tone. Finally she sends me a text saying she has been trying to have sex with me for 10 years and I keep running, time to take my track shoes off. I really don't know what to say about that one.

Thursday, August 9, 2012, 6:26:48 PM- Sinners and Saints
I am the former and I fully admit it. I enjoy having a good time and my friends do as well. Don't you just love it when the "saints" that you know feel compelled to tell you how bad you are. Especially when they start off with "I've never done _____", whatever their blank for the day is that they want to chastise us sinners for. Yep, maybe one day I can become a saint too so I can point out to others everything I think they do wrong. May even get to walk on water if I'm really good!!

Friday, August 3, 2012, 8:39:08 PM- People will suprise you
It always surprises me when you have known someone for a long time, respected them, looked up to them and then they do something that totaly shocks you. Then you start thinking back and you realize that you have never really seen them in action when the chips were down, when the hard decision had to be made that would cause some people to be upset even though it was the right thing to do. I will defend to the end of time anyone's right to have an opinion that is in conflict with mine. I will never understand a "leader" refusing to take a stand so that no one will be upset. That is not leadership, it is a weak attempt at maintaining the staus quo and being liked by everyone. Dante said "The hottest places in Hell are reserved for those who in a period of moral crisis maintain their neutrality." I am ending the day a little sadder than I started it because I have seen the face apathy from an unexpected quarter.
