The process of getting ID verified is so simple, and non invasive, I have idea why people are reluctant to do it, as many as said there is more info about you online than this process requires

NN was only following what he interpreted the rule to be. Once clarification was obtained the rule was set. These rules are set by the banking sources not the 3rd party or NN.
