When they return the call you ask them why did they not return the call? Most people have they're cell phone surgiclly attached hanging on the next phone call. Why can't that apply here?
imagine you have 2000+ voicemails from people you never asked to call you. And you've used about 60 mins max on phone calls AT ALL. because you just dont like talking on the phone. get it now?

You are not premium so you get very few PM replies as to every other non premium member. People are allowed to choose who they send their limited PM's to.
