I've been going to bed naked a lot recently. Don't know if it's laziness or trying to feel sexy, but I do know it is awfully comfortable.

I have slept naked in bed since I moved out from home when I was 17. Only way to sleep

I read a study that said because the body is better able to regulate body temperature, you sleep better naked.
