Yeah, we're expected to get the same amount of work done in one day less. Mellie, we work annualised hours. 30 weeks of 36 hours, 22 weeks of 46. We get crazy busy this time of year. I'm broken...

It means the week averages out at 40 hours over the year. We used to do 41 weeks of 36 and 11 weeks of 60. I'm honestly torn about which was worse!
